About:Chinese Embassy in Ukraine

My wife needs to apply for a S1 visa.

Good afternoon,
Can she apply for the visa herself by taking the materials to the embassy in Kiev?

Can she get the wedding certificate translated/nortorised in the embassy in Kiev?

Arron, those materials are needed: her passport and its copy, a completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from you, and copies of your passport and residence permit, and your marriage certificate.
She can get the marriage certificate translated and attested at the embassy in Kiev.
