multiple stopover in China for Czech Republic (Shenghen) citizen

Hi,
I have purchased flight tickets to Hanoi ( Vietnam) and I have one 24h stopover in Kunming and one 10 hours stopover in Shanghai and one technical stop in Fuzhou ( but the same flight and we don´t leave the plane). Am I able to visit these cities with the 72 hours transit visa?
