Pls let me know if applied inside Pakistan Q1 type on Pakistani passport for china visa,

Wajdan, you need to provide those documents: your passport and copy of its data page, the application form attached with a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from your family member in PRC, and copy of his/her passport and residence permit, your relationship certificate, and physical examination report.
The Q1 type is just for single entry, but after you get the Q1 type and enter PRC, you can apply for a residence permit which can allow you to enter or exit PRC for multiple times within its validity.

The Q1 type is only valid for 3 months, and after you enter China, you need to apply for the temporary residence permit at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within 30 days after entry. The required documents include your passport, the application form, a passport-style photo, valid registration form of temporary residence, physical examination report, relationship certificate, and copy’s of the inviter’s residence permit and passport.
It will cost CNY 400 for a one-year residence permit. The application will take 15 working days.

Hansen thanks, before I got Q2 type for 6 month multiple, this year, can get multiple Q2 for 1 year also? If medical exam. needed? pls comments, whats basic different in Q1 and Q2, for visting china, its little confusing.
