US Official Passport Requiring Chinese Visa for Short Humanitarian Mission

Can a US Official Passport holder obtain an appropriate entry permit for official travel in support of a short duration humanitarian mission through the Chinese Embassy in Seoul?

Les, official passport holders are allowed to enter PRC freely for a stay of not exceeding 30 days, so if the mission is not more than 30 days, you don’t need to apply for a visa.
