About:Chinese Embassy in Romania

I'm getting married in Romania in March and my friend is a Chinese citizen,

Hi!
I wanted to know how she would get a visa to come to the wedding/what to do.

Charis, she can apply for a tourist visa for Romania to attend your wedding. The first thing is to prepare the relevant materials containing her passport and copy of its data page, 2 passport-style photos, an invitation letter from you, travel insurance, round trip air tickets, accommodation arrangement, and proof of her financial support, and copy of her household registration book.
Next thing is to submit the application to the embassy of Romania to apply for it.
