About:China Visa

I am travelling to Shanghai on the following flights Manchester-Amsterdam-shanghai(with Klm)

Hiya

Then
Shanghai-Paris-Manchester(with Air France and Klm)
Leaving on the 10th November, return 17th(1am in the morning)

Will I be eligible for the 144 visa as I am going via other countries?

Jen, if you travel like that, you will be eligible for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai.
