paiyunlou to hangzhou

can i make from paiyunlou at 8am(cable car to foothill) then  to tunxi then to huangshan north railway stationby 12noon to catch the train to hangzhou..? and how...?

Yes! You may take Taiping Cableway down to Pine Valley Nunnery (Songgu'an). Next, take a bus to Taiping (about 30 minutes). Then, and switch to bus to Tangkou (about 1 hour). Afterwards, take a bus to North Railway Station (about 1 hour).
