best way to get from Beijing to Hong Kong

I an taking the speedy train from Beijing. I accidently booked to Shenzhen but I think I should have booked to Guangzhou. Can anyone please confirm? I am sure I can get off in Gaungzhou without problem. thanks in advance.

I think both shenzhen and guangzhou are OK. From guangzhou to HK you may take the train or bus. From shenzhen to HK, you may take the MTR or bus.

If you get off at Shenzhen, just take the Shenzhen Metro line 4 from Shenzhen North Station to Futien Checkpoint Station and go to Hong Kong after immigration.
