Double entry requirements

I am visiting China in Nov 2016 and April 2017, for the second entry do I need to show my flight tickets and tour itinerary too?

We have not confirmed the second tour and hence not bought any tours or flights. will my Visa application be approved for double entries?

Yok, you don't need to show the flight tickets and tour itinerary for the second trip, and you are still able to apply for a double entry permit.
