From UK flying to singapore via Hong Kong picking up cruise ship, which sails to Shanghai

I am staying in Shanghai for 3 days flying back to the UK via Hong Kong, Can I use a 144hr transit free visa. WE are doing one organised tour in Shanghai on our stay.
