Want fly to other bejing airport from russia and wish to leave to manila from bejing other air

We uk passports wish fly with eroflot v russia to bejing airport but wil leave from bejing other airport captial airport to manila is it still open 24 hour visas dont need or need

As far as I know, you should arrive at and depart from the same airport in Beijing. Otherwise, you may need to apply for an entry permit beforehand.
