About:Hong Kong - Zhongshan Ferry

At what time do I have to leave Zhuhai to catch a flight at Hong Kong Airport at 08:00 pm?

The direct ferries depart at 09:30, 12:40, 15:25 and 18:35. The ticket fare is CNY 290 per person. And the duration is about 70 mins.
In addition, you need to arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance. So you are suggested to take the ferry scheduled at 15:25. :)
