About:Tax Refund

I have bought mac book from aple store and surface from Microsoft store.

I don't know if it's a tax free stores but I got invoice for both,in Guangzhou
Going to the train at train station east can I claim it there?

As I know, if you buy products in tax free stores, they will give you a tax refund form together with an invoice. In your case, I'm afraid you cannot apply to claim it.
