Can I send cooked canned ham to my Brother staying in China. About 48 sealed cans.

He also need shoes ( he wears a number 13 shoe, and cant find that size in China). What about femenine hygiene products? Protien bars, canned vegetables. Other canned products?

You should make sure that the canned food doesn't include meat or milk. Or, they cannot pass the customs and will be confiscated.
You can send the rest products into PRC.
