Hi, can I bring caviar to China? And smoked salmon, foie grass and ham?

Caviar should be allowed to pass the customs. But you'd better still declare it. Any meat is not allowed to bring into the country. Thus you shouldn't bring smoked salmon, foie grass and ham.
