About:Quanzhou Travel

I have a long layover at Quanzhou Airport (8 hours during the day time).

If I stay in the airport is there a lounge I can pay to have access to. What is the lounge cost. Is it easy enough to get into the city and walk around for a few hours?

Hello, as I know, only VIP lounges are available at the airport, which are provided for first class and business class passengers. If you happen to hold economy class ticket, I am afraid that you have no access there. But it is ok to stay in the chairs in the public area.

If wanting to leave airport, it is doable. You can easily apply for a stay permit at the immigration counter. Do remember to fill in the "embarkation/disbarkation card' before landing.
