About:China Transit Visa

Indian Passport holder with 12 hours of Transit wait in Xiamen

Hi I am holding vaild Chinese visa but it's single entry. and I am traveling to Taipei Taiwan from cheju South Korea.i have around 12 hrs layover at Xiamen airport so I am eligible for 24 Free transit ?
