How to get the ticket

Hello,
My client is french is that possible for her to get the ticket in a railway with her passport + confirmation number ?
She can get the ticket on a selfservice machine or to a special counter ?

She needs to take her passport and the pick up number starts with E. The selfservice machine is only for Chinese ID card, not for passport. Normally there is no special counter for ticket pick up, any of the counter is ok.
