About:Telephone & Cellphone in China

Hi I will stay at Beijing and Dalian for 01 week.

(i) Could anyone advise me to buy SIM 3G with reasonable rates and from which provider and where?.
(ii) Is there any service counters in Terminal 2 of Capital Airport.
(iii) Does the SIM3G allow to call international calls?

Tung, there are three providers of the country, China Mobile, Unicom, and Telecom. It is advised you figure out the SIM card of which carrier can be accepted by your phone.
As I know, only China Mobile has business hall at the airport. It is located on the 1st floor of the Terminal 2. In downtown area, it is very easy to find the business halls of the 3 providers.
SIM 3G can offer the international service.

You now have to pay for a SIM card for 6 month minimum. More expensive. That's the way it was in september 2016.

Where can I buy the SIM card for one month instead? My family will be traveling to china for one month only. Also, you had mentioned to buy SIM card in HK is cheaper. Do you mean Hong Kong? But I live in US, where can I find HK SIM card?
