About:China Visa Application in UK

Why does info tell me the cost of single entry 3 month visa costs GBP85 & then another area GP£90

Dear, if you apply for it from the CVASC in UK, it will cost 151 pounds which includes 85 pounds for visa fee and 66 pounds for application service fee.
