Indian Passport holder with 12 hours of Transit wait in Beijing

Hi ,
Myself with my family holding an Indian passport, traveling from Singapore to Toronto via Beijing. I am having 12 hours of wait for the next flight at Beijing airport during both to and fro. Am I eligible to have 24 hours visa free transit at Beijing ? Thanks.
