Is the Li River Cruise working?

My friends were in Guilin July,2016 and weren't able to take the cruise, because the water was level was low. Is it possible to go on the cruise now? Thanks.

As I know, the Li River cruise is working now. I've not heard that the cruise is cancelled due to the low water level recently.
