It may not be ok if the car park level is higher than living room. You may consider rebuilding the car park to make it leaning inward which can help the host to accumulate money.
No worry about the bedrooms. It is suitable for them to be higher than the road level.

Thank you very much for your reply.
I'm afraid this is a pre-designed home, nothing can be allowed to change. There's a guest bedroom/ study room near the front door on the same level as the car park... is it ok if I convert this to a dining / living room ?

Please can you also help to answer my question on the outside of the living room. There is a small lawn same level as the living room before the boundary fence. Beyond this is reserve land which has two different levels below the lawn. There is a slope down to a narrow area with a 2nd fence then another gentle slope down of about 12 feet to the main reserve land. Can this affect my Feng Shui ?

Is it possible to upload the floor plans of the house and surrounding area to this enquiry please ?

Kuan, you may change the guest bedroom / study room into a dining / living room. In this way, the living room is on the same level of the car park and it won't affect your luck anymore.
Unless the lawn is leaning inward step by step, it should be a good layout according to fengshui.
