About:Chinese Clay Figurine Museum

I am Spanish resident in S. Korea

Travelling to Spain via Beijing, coming back to S. Korea and 3 days after travelling to Honk Kong. I will stay 5 days in HK.and then travelling to Shenzhen for 5 days more.
My korean alíen card expires in less than 6 moths, so I can not get the visa with two Entrances.
My question is... Would they take in Beijing my entry permit to Shenzhen?
Can I take an entry permit from Honk Kong!? To Shenzhen, since I am
Not travelling to any other place than Shenzhen in Kina?

You mean you will travel like South Korea-Beijing-Spain-South Korea-HK-Shenzhen? If yes and your stay time in Beijing is less than 72 hours, you will be eligible for the 72 hour direct transit in Beijing and then you don’t need to provide an entry permit.
If you can get an entry permit, you can use it to enter Shenzhen. In this case, a single entry permit is enough.
If you apply for the entry permit in HK, you may be required to provide HK residence permit, so you are advised to apply for it in your home country or Korea.
