How many days do they approve for a Toursit Visa? Does it depends on the return ticket date?

I'm going to purchase a ticket for January 25 entry and go back to PH on Feb 25.
What is the chance it can get approved. I was in China last Month to visit my fiance and able to secure an entry permit Already.
