When is the best time to visit guilin

I would like to avoid cold weather. So perhaps in spring. Is it still cold in spring there?

Generally, it is best to go during Apr. - June. and Aug. - Oct. when the water level is relatively high. As well as that, the scenery along Li River is fantastic. If going in spring like Apr. it is doable. It won't be very cold. It will be cloudy or rainy and the average temp can be 18C or around. The weather can be pleasant to have fun there.
