Please help me to plan an itinerary for 4 days and 3 nights stay in Macao and Hong Kong

Hi, we will be in Hong Kong to attend a wedding and after the wedding we have 4 days and 3 nights free. We are first timers to Hong Kong and in our late 50's. Places of interests are Macao, Victoria Peak, Temples, Lantao Island and some markets etc would be nice or any places you could recommend. Also pls suggest the accommodation too. Would it be expensive to have a tourist guide and a van to carry 10 pax? How much would that be?
