asking for procedures of bringing family

I am Abdalla Rabie - Egypt - a scholarship (csc) student in Central South University in Changsha I would like to know the procedures followed to bring my wife and 3 children to China.

Abdalla, if you hold X1 visa and have the residence permit, you can bring your family to China by applying for S1 visa for them.
The first step is to prepare the required documents for S1 visa: passport and its copy, a completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, an invitation letter from you, and copies of your passport and residence permit, as well as marriage certificate and kids’ birth certificates.
Next step is to submit the applications to the embassy of PRC in Egypt to apply for the S1 visa.
