travel in north xinjiang in winter

Question

May i know for the following detail.Can we can travel the following place during winter in November and December ?Are they too cold to visit.......If not can give other suggestions  .....?How about public transportation to the following place ?How about summer period visit the following place in June....How many celsius in summer ? Will the places will too hot during summer ?1.ili town.2.Sayram lake3.Altay  region4.he mu chun village.Hope

I am afraid that it will not be appropriate to visit these places in November and December due to the bitter cold weather. Instead, you may go to them during summer period. It will not be very hot. The temperature may range from 15C to 30C. You will start from Urumqi, right? Take a bus to Yining, and get off at Sayram Lake (about 8 hours). Take a bus to Altay from Urumqi (about 10 hours). Also, you can take a bus from Urumqi to Burjin (about 8 hours). Upon arrival, take a bus to Hemu Village (about 4 hours).
