because of some personal problems I came back to India but my return ticket to china is on 26th of this month can i submit my passport for my visa renewal before one day of expiry date in our local police station is it possible or not Please let me know sir it will be more helpful for me thank you if not possible the please let me know what is the solution

Karthik, you can submit the application for the renewal one day earlier than the expiry date at the local police station in China and try to renew your residence permit. However, if it cannot be done, you need to re-apply for a new student X1 type and then get a new residence permit.
