Dear sir my name is Karthik my X1 visa is going to expire by this month 28th

because of some personal problems I came back to India but my return ticket to china is on 26th of this month can i submit my passport for my visa renewal before one day of expiry date in our local police station is it possible or not Please let me know sir it will be more helpful for me thank you if not possible the please let me know what is the solution
