About:Harbin Weather

I plan to visit Harbin at end of December this year.

Is it the best time to go? Can we visit Ice festival? Or we have to wait until January?
And what is the difference between Ice and Snow World with International Ice Festival, which is worth to go?
Last questions is, is it save to bring 4 years old child, is it too cold for a child?

Yes, it is a good time to visit. The Ice Festival will be on trial operation then. You don't have to wait until January.

The Ice Festival will be held at many places, such as Ice and Snow World, Sun Island Park, and Central Street. All of these places are well worth a visit!

It is safe to bring your child. Keep warm and have fun! :)

Yes! Previous weather statistics indicate some possibility of light snow at the end of December. So, you will probably experience snowfall then. Have fun!
