Is it the best time to go? Can we visit Ice festival? Or we have to wait until January?And what is the difference between Ice and Snow World with International Ice Festival, which is worth to go?Last questions is, is it save to bring 4 years old child, is it too cold for a child?Thank you in advanceRegardsHenry - Indonesia

The Ice Festival will be held at many places, such as Ice and Snow World, Sun Island Park, and Central Street. All of these places are well worth a visit! It is safe to bring your child.
