I've been looking for such school in TJ. Search on internet was not successful. If TJ is not a popular place for foreigners to learn Mandarin.Your help will be greatly appreciated.EC

Yes, in the city there is a Tianjin International Chinese College, where you can learn mandarin. It is located at the intertjection of Yanan Avenue and Yunyang Avenue. You can have a try there.
