About:Macau Visa Policy

Good day! I will travel from Taipei to India (New Delhi) with 2 transits: Macau, then Kuala Lumpur.

I'm holding a Vietnamese passport, and a Japan resident card (not permanent). So do I have to apply for a Macau visa?
