I hold Irish European Passport can I  get business visa for visit to Beijing for 3 days upon arrival?

Usually, it’s not easy to get VOA in Beijing unless you enter under an emergency circumstance and your business partner can get a VOA notification for you. Otherwise, you need to apply for the business M type in advance.
