Those documents are needed: the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its copy, the admission letter from the school and JW form. If you will apply in Ethiopia, you also need to provide a visa for Ethiopia. Afterwards, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
