About:Chinese Embassy in Morocco

I'm a moroccan citizen and i applied for a work visa But by mistake they gave me F type and i didn't notice until i arrived to China, i went to the immigration department in jiaxing China and they said that the chinese embassy in Morocco should contact them and let them know so they can so they can change my F visa to Z visa without going back to Morocco.
But sadly i've failed to contact the embadsy from here i tried Email, phone numbers i even sent a Moroccan friend there and they promised that they will deliver the letter to the ambassador but with no chance.
What do you suggest ?
