What is the best way to see Li River, Elephant Hill, Reed Flute Cave? How can I get to each destinations?

The best way to see Li River is taking a cruise down to Yangshuo. It is recommended that you visit the sightseeing spots in city area like Elephant Hill and Reed Flute Cave for one day and then spend another full day taking the cruise trip to Yangshuo. Bus no. 23, 2, 16 can take you to the Elephant Trunk Hill and bus no. 3 or 213 can take you to the Reed Flute Cave.
