1. Well, you can take bus line A21 from HKIA to Hung Hom, and change to MTR East Rail Line to Lo Wu (Luohu) Station. But it is a detour. You are advised to take bus line A43 from HKIA to Sheung Shui Station, and switch to MTR East Rail Line to Lo Wu (Luohu) Station. The fare totals HKD 54.9, and the trip takes about 75 minutes.

2. Of course MTR will do. Walk to Laojie subway station from Dongmen, and take Luobao Line to Luo Hu. Cross the border nearby to go to Lo Wu, HK. There you can take East Rail Line to Hung Hom, HK downtown.

3. For your case, the Standard Octopus Card or Express Travel Pass can be your choice. Just make a comparison to make a final decision.
Have fun!
