Why does the Chinese embassy in Cameroon not give visas to those whose passports are issued out of yaunde? , I believe that all passports are processed in yaunde before they are distributed to various towns.soit doesn't make sense to me why they refused to give visas to those whose passports are issued out of yaunde...

Maybe it is because the area you live doesn’t belong to the consular district of the embassy of PRC in yaunde. Maybe you can go to the Consulate-General of PRC in Douala for a try.
