place of issued of a passport shouldn't be a problem.
Why does the Chinese embassy in Cameroon not give visas to those whose passports are issued out of yaunde? , I believe that all passports are processed in yaunde before they are distributed to various towns.soit doesn't make sense to me why they refused to give visas to those whose passports are issued out of yaunde...
