About:Directions for Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Is Shanghai Transportation Card usable in Suzhou or Hangzhou districts?

Just to reconfirm, we can only get deposit refund and the balance of card if value is less than CNY10, is that right?
Where exactly is the metro station at Pudong Airport?

Yes, it is applicable on the buses at Suzhou, and some taxis at Hangzhou.

Well, when the balance is less than CNY 10, you can get the deposit and balance on the same day. When the balance is between CNY 10 and CNY 2,000, you should present the purchase voucher. After the 5% handling fee is deducted, the deposit and balance will be given back to you on the same day. When the balance exceeds CNY 2,000, you should go to the certain place and present the purchase voucher and valid ID card or passport. After the 5% handling fee is deducted, the deposit and balance will be given to to on the day if you make a reservation in advance. Otherwise, you can get the deposit and balance three days later.

It lies between T1 and T2. You can easily spot it. Don't worry! :)
