we are arriving to Pudong Airport for 19 hour layover,arriving 5:00am and leaving at 12:30am..we have enough time to wander in Disneyland.How can we do that?

There are regular shuttle buses avaiable between Pudong Airport and Disneyland. The Disneyland Special Line 4 can take you to the park directly in 30 minutes and the bus fare is CNY30 per person. If you take subway, you are suggested to take subway line 2 and then change to bus line Pudong 50 to the park. The taxi fare from the airport to the park is around CNY80. After the visit, you can use the same way to get back to PVG airport.
