About:China Train

Help: Never received my tickets

Hello,

I ordered 2 tickets (Beijing to Xian and Guilin to Shanghai) on the 26th of September and I still haven't received any of them by email.
Is it normal ?
(I've chosen the collect tickets by myself option, so I need to go to the railway station with my passeport and ticket number that I don't have)

Thanks for your quick answer!

I checked my email (even the spam) and nothing's there from travelchinaguide. I received a notification this morning to tell me the ticket was answered, so I guess that you have to right email adresse.

Can we organize a new sending, or to another email adresse ?
