My flight arrive at 2.20am on 13th Oct. at Qingdao Airport. They have sleeping in airport facility?

Oh yes. Go to the Civil Airport Hotel, which is 2-3min walking distance from the terminal building. I remmeber it is allowed to walk out and check in if presenting the onward boarding pass. Try it and good luck!
