Hello, I am going to have 20 hrs transit at chengdu airport..Is there any hotel inside the airport?

Yes! You can stay at the Airport Hotel at No. 1, Airport North 2nd Road. It is located to the opposite of T1, so you can easily spot it. A standard room costs about CNY 600 per night. You can dial 86-028-85208888 to book a room. ;)0
