About:Chinese Consulates in Japan

My husband and I and our 9 month old son are Australians and would like to visit China next month.

We are currently in Japan with my husband who works here and is a short stay resident. My son and I are on visitors entry permit. Can we attend Nagoya consulate to get visas as we live in Suzuka it is our closest consulate or must be be in Australia to do this ?

Brooklyn, you can apply for it in Japan and then you don’t need to go back to Australia for the application. You should apply for it at the CVASC in Tokyo and Nagoya.
