Is November the best time to travel to Taipei?

I am worried about the typhoons happening now in Taiwan
I want to know how long does the typhoons last?

Yes, generally speaking, November will be a nice month to tour around. According to the previous statistics, the possibility of typhoon would be low. However, there may have several rainy days. It won't influence the sightseeing a lot. Don't worry. Remember to bring the rain gears and other warm clothes. :)
