I plan going to Beijing on 29 Nov-4 December 2016. Can i still visit Great Wall during that time?

The temperature may range from 25 F to 40 F during that period of time. It will be chilly cold. But it's still ok for you to tour around the Great Wall Scenic Area. Don't worry.
