Do I need HK visa if I have residance in qatar and UAE?

Hi
If I have a valid residance in qatar and United Arab Emirates. Do I need an entry permit to HK .I hold palestinian passport

Yes, Husam, you still need to prepare an entry permit for HK in advance.
