About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

I have 24 hours layover in Beijing , can I go to a hotel outside airport to sleep the night?

I have no transit visa.

Yeah, it is allowed. Any transfer passenger can enjoy the 24h free-visa transit there. To leave the airport, you just need to apply for a stay permit at the immigration. Show it to the customs and you will be allowed to leave airport.
