my sister had Palestine passport live in Lebanon and she wanted to visit me can she take the L visa with out the invitation letter I can send her my house rent document and my adress with phone number in CN

I’m afraid the invitation letter from a travel agency within PRC may be needed. Besides, if you can provide an invitation letter for her, she doesn’t need to provide the round trip air tickets and hotel reservation any more.
